COMPOSITION:
Each 100gm powder contains:

• Fosfomycin calcium BP: 20 gm
• Tylosin Tartrate USP: 10 gm
• Fructose USP: 18 gm
• Sodium Phosphate USP: 15 gm
• Magnesium Sulphate USP: 10 gm

INDICATIONS:
Fosfozone is indicated for the treatment of:

• Infections of the respiratory and digestive tracts
• Infections caused by E. coli and Salmonella spp.
• Mycoplasmosis
• Complex chronic respiratory disease (CCRD)
• Fowl Cholera
• Infectious Coryza
• Avian Typhoid
• Staphylococcal infections
• Secondary bacterial infections resulting from viral diseases

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
For oral administration:

• 160 mg of Fosfozone per kg of body weight daily
• Approximately equivalent to 500-800 g per 1,000 liters of drinking water
• Administer for 3 to 7 consecutive days
• Medicated drinking water should be used within 24 hours

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

• Meat: 3 days
• Do not use in laying hens that produce eggs for human consumption.
