COMPOSITION:
Each 100 gram contains:

• Tylosin Tartrate (USP): 20 gm
• Doxycycline HCI (USP): 40 gm
• Colistin Sulphate (BP): 10 gm
• Bromhexine HCI (BP): 2 gm

INDICATIONS:
Tetrazone-40 Oral Powder is indicated for the treatment and prevention of:

• Chronic respiratory disease (CRD)
• Complex chronic respiratory disease (CCRD)
• Fowl Cholera
• Fowl Typhoid
• Infectious Coryza
• Bacterial Enteritis
• Early chick mortality

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

• Treatment: 1 gm per 4 Liters of drinking water for 3-5 days.
• Prevention: 1 gm per 8 Liters of drinking water for 3-5 days.
